Villa Milagros is located in Community Village, Brgy. Manggahan, Rizal. Not to worry! It is only 14 km away from RiverBanks in Marikina, or 13 km away from Sandigan Bayan. There are three main ways to get there.
1. Marikina – San Mateo – Rodriguez (Montalban) route
2. Commonwealth – Batasan-San Mateo Road- San Mateo – Rodriguez
3. Commonwealth – Manila Gravel Pit Road
We recommend that our clients and guests use Waze, a mobile phone application that monitors traffic and gives you directions on the fastest way to get to the Villa.
Villa Milagros is one-hectare in area. As of now, only half of it is accessible to our clients. Further development is in progress.
The mansion has 5 bedrooms: The Milagros Suite (Ground Floor); and four bedrooms on the 2nd floor—Sonia’s Room, Corazon’s Room, Zeny’s Room, and Norma’s Room. As of now, only the Milagros Suite and Sonia’s Room are accessible.
Overnight stays are not allowed at the Villa as of the moment.

We do not pencil book. The reservation fee guarantees your date.
Yes, you may. Contact us for our Photo Shoot Rates for more information. However, if you will have your event at Villa Milagros, you get FREE 4-hour use of our grounds for your shoot on a first-come first-served basis.
The 6-hour venue rental starts from the “invitation time” agreed on as per the Venue Rental Agreement. The Fees apply for the first 6 hours between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Any extension beyond this time will be strictly subject to a surcharge.
You may choose when you want to start your use of the Suite. You can do it even before your invitation time. However, excess charges will apply after 8 hours. You must leave the room and surrender your key within one hour after the official end of the Venue Rental. Excess charges for the Suite amount to a flat fee of P2,500, for an absolute maximum of 3 hours.
A maximum of 12 people are allowed into the Milagros Suite.
No. Package inclusions are set, regardless of whether you avail of the services or items or not.
All payments made to the Villa are non-refundable, non-convertible and non-transferable.
The date can be changed if management is informed 3 months before the event and is subject to availability. Date change penalties are as:
20% penalty if less than 3 months before the event,
50% penalty if less than 2 months before the event;
100%enalty if less than one month before.
Yes. However, we have detailed restrictions on our spaces to avoid damage to our property. The client will be held liable for any damages incurred.
Yes. There is free parking inside the Villa. Please secure your valuables. Villa Milagros will not be held liable for any losses.
Villa Milagros occasionally hosts food tastings. Contact us for further details.
If you are renting an outdoor venue and are worried about the weather, we suggest you rent a tent.
Smoking inside The Mansion and other Venues is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. There are designated smoking areas.
We accept cash, bank deposits and checks. To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable reservation fee of P15,000.00. A security deposit of P20,000 and 50% down payment should be paid within 30 days after the reservation is made. The client must be fully paid of his/her guaranteed cost a month before his/her event.
